Customize Derived Attributes in Assortment Planning
In Assortment Plan, you can now add Derived Attributes. Derived Attributes function like formulas in Excel. Under your profile, click on Settings and click on Attributes from the list on the left hand side. Scroll down to the Attributes section, you can click on the plus sign on the top right corner of the table to add a new attribute or right click in the cell to edit an existing attribute. Once the edit window pops up, select Derived under Storage, type in the formula, and click save.

Defined User Roles
You can now assign roles for your team in the Data & Imports page under Organization - Users. To change roles, simply double click the cell and select the desired role.
- Admin - has ability to edit roles of users within an organization but cannot change their own role.
- Editor - no ability to edit roles but has full access to all functions within the Toolio platform.
- Reader - can only view the platform, cannot make edits.
Ability to View Integration Status
In the Data & Imports page under Integration, you can see the Integration History, including the Status of the integration. The status tells you whether the integration is In Progress, Completed, or Failed. If the integration is in progress, you will see the % Completion.
New Variant: % Var Plan vs Plan LY
In Select Variant, you can now select % Var Plan vs Plan LY to see the percentage difference between your current plan and last year’s plan.
New Filter in Import Page - Filter by Type
In the Imports page, you now have the ability to filter your imports by Type. Filters include: Product & Variant, Assortment Plan Item, Booking, Bundle, Inventory, Merchandise Plan, Purchase, and Sale. Instead of scrolling through a long list of imports, you can now filter down your imports to view exactly what you need.
